"Sin in a Tin", Chocolate Pate is based on an ancient French recipe handed down to Chef
William Guthrie in the 1980’s in Dallas, TX. He changed and perfected this recipe to introduce
it into the high-end Dallas restaurant market as a dessert on his menus in various four and five
star restaurants where in one, a frequent patron of William’s came up with the perfect name
and "Sin in a Tin" was born! Through continued years of research and development, and sales
in Dallas as a restaurant dessert, the Chocolate Pâté finally ended up on store shelves in
Pensacola , FL. and is now being enjoyed in many states throughout the US.
Sin In A Tin Chocolate Pâté is an indulgent dessert like no other made and is handcrafted with
the finest, all natural ingredients available. Laced with 60% bittersweet chocolate, the 8 ounce
pâté's contain no flour (gluten) or preservatives, and come in a fun, reusable tin, which makes a
great Holiday, Valentine, Mardi Gras, or anytime gift for friends and family, or a special treat
just for you and your lover.
PLATE ME CHILLED SPREAD ME WARM!
They may be cut and served plain or with fresh berries as an elegant plated chilled dessert for
two to six guests or more, or when warmed to room temperature, can be spread from the
container on fruits, cookies, your finger, etc. for a delightfully sinful chocolate fondue buffet
experience that can satisfy ten to fifteen guests. They go great with raspberries and your
favorite big red wines too! (Especially Cabs, Zins & Syrahs)
Remove the bottom glassine liner from each Pate to avoid messing up the cut, then slice into
desired shapes using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and then wiped clean.
Sin In A Tin Chocolate Pate's must be kept frozen or refrigerated until ready to serve.
They will last over a year in your freezer and a month in your refrigerator.
They also travel well when frozen!

For those that prefer a lighter dessert fare, we have created Lemon Lust Lemon Curd Tart!
Hand crafted with fresh lemons, unbleached flour, whole creamery butter and no preservatives,
fillers, colorings or fake flavorings, these Lemon Curd Tarts burst with a lemony flavor that can
also be complimented by any fresh berries that you would care to smother them with. They go
great with your favorite white wine too! (Especially Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc & Sparkling)
Sealed in an individual clear plastic container, they make impressive anytime gifts as well as
stunning fine dining plated desserts. They also easily cut to finger food size portions for
cocktail or tea party service and even taste better when slightly warmed.

How to Purchase Our Desserts
Sin In A Tin need to be kept refrigerated at all times.
They have a one year shelf life when frozen and a one moth shelf
life in your refrigerator.
They are packed 4, 6, 12, or 24 x 8 ounce cans in a custom
made styrofoam box and frozen with gel packs when shipped.
Lemon Lust are packed 4, 6, 12, or 24 x 6.5 ounce containers.
They do not need to be refrigerated during shipping and can be
easily shipped anywhere.
Shipping is through either FedEx ground 2-3days (to be
determined by location) or FedEx Express 2 days (during the
colder months of the year),whatever is more cost effective to the
customer. Summertime shipping of Sin I A Tin is suggested to
be overnight or 2 day only!
We accept Visa & Mastercard (No Debit Cards Please) but
only take orders over the phone and not over the internet
in order to service our customers more effectively. (850)
